These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You and LOGIN YOUR DAY agree that the Seoul Central District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.
