Sales Price
Prices are displayed on each product page (in USD).
※ The converted amount in your local currency may vary depending on the exchange rate applied by your credit card company or payment provider.

Shipping Fees
※ Event period — Special Free Shipping: During an announced promotional event period, international shipping is provided free of charge as stated on the relevant product page. No shipping fee is charged to the customer for orders placed within that event period.
※ Outside of an announced event period, international shipping fees are borne by the customer and are calculated at checkout.

Customs Duties and Taxes
※ Orders are shipped as small personal-use consignments. Import duties, GST/VAT and customs clearance fees are not normally charged to the recipient.
※ In the event that the customs authority of the destination country assesses any duty, tax or clearance fee, such amounts are payable by the recipient in accordance with the customs regulations of that country. Free shipping does not cover such charges.

Shipping Time
※ Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
※ Estimated delivery is approximately 7–10 days after customs clearance is completed.
※ As this is an international shipment, delays may occur depending on customs clearance conditions, local courier operations, or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Address and Contact Details
※ The recipient's full name, mobile phone number, and complete delivery address are required for customs clearance and local delivery. Orders with missing or inaccurate details may be delayed, undeliverable, or returned to Korea.
※ We are unable to deliver to company addresses. Please provide a residential address.
※ The delivery address cannot be changed after the order is placed.
