※ The converted amount in your local currency may vary depending on the exchange rate applied by your credit card company or payment provider.

Shipping Fees
※ Event period — Special Free Shipping: During an announced promotional event period, international shipping is provided free of charge as stated on the relevant product page. No shipping fee is charged to the customer for orders placed within that event period.
※ Outside of an announced event period, international shipping fees are borne by the customer and are calculated at checkout.

Customs Duties and Taxes
※ Orders are intended for personal consumption. Customs requirements depend on the destination and the goods; personal use alone does not guarantee exemption from taxes, fees or declarations.
※ Hong Kong: this non-alcoholic drink mix is generally not subject to import duty or VAT/GST. Any additional information requested by customs or the carrier must still be provided.
※ In the event that the customs authority of the destination country assesses any duty, tax or clearance fee, such amounts are payable by the recipient in accordance with the customs regulations of that country. Free shipping does not cover such charges.

Shipping Time
※ Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
※ Hong Kong ALPHA event: estimated delivery is approximately 4–14 days after dispatch, as stated on the product page.
※ Other destinations: unless a country-specific product page states a different estimate, estimated delivery is approximately 7–10 days after customs clearance.
※ As this is an international shipment, delays may occur depending on customs clearance conditions, local courier operations, or circumstances beyond our control. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Address and Contact Details
※ The recipient's full name, mobile phone number, and complete delivery address are required for customs clearance and local delivery. Orders with missing or inaccurate details may be delayed, undeliverable, or returned to Korea.
※ Hong Kong addresses must include the flat/unit, floor and block where applicable, building or estate, street number and name (or village/lot), district, and Hong Kong Island, Kowloon or New Territories. Enter a reachable phone number with the correct country code (+852 for Hong Kong numbers). Do not enter invented or placeholder details.
※ Required checkout fields must be completed. Address checks can identify omissions but cannot guarantee delivery to every entered address. We may hold orders with incomplete or inconsistent details for clarification.
※ The delivery address cannot be changed after the order is placed. If you discover an error before dispatch, contact us promptly to request cancellation and place a corrected order.

Redelivery and delivery problems
Free event shipping covers standard initial delivery. Redelivery costs caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details or an unreachable recipient are payable by the customer, as described in our Refund Policy. This does not exclude remedies for problems caused by us or the carrier.
